Magical Perspective = Seeing the metaphor as the reality
Dear (your name),
Creating magic is manifesting a
sustainable metaphore.
This email is a think piece. If you
enjoy playing with ideas, you may
have fun with these ideas.
Please allow me to tell you a story...
Earlier this year, I worked with a
gentleman who sells plant nutrients.
He helps folks grow bigger tomatoes.
EVERYTHING he now prints, from brochures
to invoices, reinforces the notion that his
products allow you to grow bigger tomatoes.
He makes users of his product his hero because
they are growing really, really big tomatoes.
The Metaphor is that his product = bigger tomatoes.
The promise is that...
You use his product and YOU,(your NAME), grow
heroic size tomatoes.
This idea came to me this evening because I was
enjoying the conversation of an artist named
T. A. Thayer.
Thayer said, "The metaphor is the reality."
His notion inspired the branding lesson of this email...
Lesson: Your brand essence is your metaphore.

I can't spell.
I enjoyed our hang time also, very much.
Misspelling aside, I try and write for a smart
9th grader.
Yes, many ideas are diluted. Yet, if I can be a bridge
and offer a seed idea, I'm a happy camper.

Do you intentionally create the word "metaphore" in the first sentence? (There is a word "semaphore"....and the intersection of semaphore and metaphor do create an interesting concept of symbol-making.)
"Sustainable".....if I may be so bold....does not quite capture...for me, at very least....the power from which the reality of the metaphor exists and at the same time can conceal if we are not able to a) feel the "pull" of the metaphor's vehicle....and therefore...travel into the reality of the metaphor, and b) align a time-space coordinate within ourselves that agrees with time-space coordinate of the metaphor (in this sense...though I am "stretching" things a bit....there is a definite time travel...the listener {and in a slightly different way as reader} must also engage in...a movement which occurs inside the lexion-universe of the individual, as well as a movement which occurs within the lexicon-universe of the spoken-realm. The spoken realm is, further, empowered by the voice-tenor of both the body-speaker and body-listener)
"Manifest" is a useful word. Again, however, I question the context you've place the manifestation within. The metaphor is...in a sense manifested....but it seems to me the manifestation that transports the magical dimensionality of the lexical hybrid (speaker/voice of metaphor).....or....seen another way.....transports the listener into the magical dimensionality....is the complex-and-moving organism that forms as a union of bodies-in-time with lexical meaning and a kind of psychic-retina that carries a unison into the nervous system....a new cellular formation that causes metamorphosis. Metaphor and the experience of metamorphosizing are co-dependent.
Magic itself is a reality. Does it not rely on more than the mind? "Think piece"....I understand your intention.....however, there could be a way of presenting that engages more than thought. Is magic more than thought? What is the dimensionality of magic and how does it manifest in the words/hands/eyes/voice/space/time of the magician and the receiver of magic?
Did you mean to identify T. A. Thayer for some reason? (Rather than K. A. Thayer?)
Finally, The metaphor is Reality. If I said, "the metaphor is the reality," I did not move into the deeper territory where the metaphor-mystery is the actual reality. Reality.
Cool. I like the experiments! Keep them circulating! {Circulating, Orbiting, Rotation and the Centripetal Force that is the result of these active states....is key, as I interpreted it.....to your "Construct Zero" concept. Yes? It is definitely key to what I envision in my research, though I do not see the picture/model at all clearly at this point.}
